Role Overview

• Caseload: A balanced mix of Support at Home, General Footcare, and Diabetic Footcare, with a split caseload across Home Care Package (HCP) and NDIS clients.
• Workload Split: Approximately 85% client-facing/on the road and 15% admin.

Travel & Efficiency

• Operate within an efficient 40-minute service radius from home.
• Clients are scheduled in 10-15-minute groupings to reduce travel time and maximise productivity.

Career Progression

• Clear pathway to a Team Lead position as the Melbourne division expands with an additional 2-3 podiatrists.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + super + bonuses
• Bonuses (based off revenue):

Most clinicians earn an additional $300-$500 per month
Top performers earn up to $1,500 per month extra
